At PariWear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.

7-Day Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, color, or an incorrect/damaged item, please contact us within 7 days. We will help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return/exchange
• Photos of the product, if applicable

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

PariWear reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
